Terms and Conditions for GoldenRuleism Ambassadors Map
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the GoldenRuleism Ambassadors Map. By accessing and using the map to locate yourself, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the box to agree to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms.
2. Purpose of the Map
The GoldenRuleism Ambassadors Map is designed to promote visibility and connection among people who favor widespread application of GoldenRuleism’s Two Principal Principles: “Do for all others, both directly and indirectly, what you would want done for you. Don’t do to any others, either directly or indirectly, what you wouldn’t want done to you.”
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to participate in the GoldenRuleism Ambassadors Map. By participating, you affirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
4. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when pinning your location on the map.
- Respect and Kindness: As an Ambassador, you are in favor of GoldenRuleism’s Two Principal Principles and will endeavor to personally act in accord with their intent.
5. Privacy and Data
- Data Usage: The information you provide is intended to help create personal connections within the Ambassadors’ network. Your name, location, and any message you choose to include will be visible on the map, but for your privacy, your email address won’t be shown. You can contact us at any time to request removal.
- Protection Information: The information you provide is intended for the benefit of the GoldenRuleism Ambassadors network, but the GoldenRuleism Team cannot provide any assurance of “internet security.” The internet is something over which we have no direct control, so we cannot accept any liability for anything related to the internet.
6. Limitation of Liability
The GoldenRuleism Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Map.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Map after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
